Our programs are a mix of in person masterclasses and online learning. While they require your commitment, we understand it can be difficult to find the time outside of your personal and professional life. We encourage all our students to look at the course commitment before enrolling and working with mentors to find a schedule that works for you.

Our programs are designed by nurses, for nurses. It’s our mission to empower the next generation of nurses to be leaders for our profession, our communities and for the healthcare system in Australia. We can’t do that without likeminded nurses who want to see real change in the coming years. The Institute of Leadership won’t be for every nurse or fit for every career trajectory, but if you’re looking to lead your workplace, be at the forefront of cutting-edge research and policy, be a person of change and help to shape healthcare in Australia – then our programs are for you.
