The Nurse Director Leadership Program exceeded my expectations in many ways. The presenters were of an incredibly high standard, not only delivering information, but invoking a deep thought process, encouraging me to think outside the box, and outside my comfort zone to what can be achieved in my role at a local, national and international level. I have come away from the week with a toolbox full of tip and tricks, and very useful strategies in many aspects of my role as a nurse leader. The value of experience and connection with other participants can not be underestimated and is something that will last well beyond the program, to a lifelong support network of like-minded professionals with a passion for impacting the future of the nursing. I recommend this program to any nurse leaders throughout their leadership journey.
