What does the program involve?

Participants will attend a 5-day face-to-face Masterclass, actively engaging in 36 hours of professional development.

Program requirements

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)

Minimum of three years postgraduate experience

Hold or aspire to a Nursing Unit Manager role

Identify an area for development to apply what you have learned in practice

Demonstrate leadership qualities in nursing or health/aged care systems

Available to attend the five-day face-to-face masterclass
