The program has provided what I expected and I really am fortunate to be part of this program because it offers me more insights into concepts which I had not learned in a formal platform, but this opportunity has offered that learning. Sharing my experience with other colleagues from Australia and Fiji was an absolute challenge because we literally practiced indifferent environments where for others, the diversity is overwhelmed, and we tried our best to be effective and efficient leaders. I certainly will recommend this program to our fellow nurse leaders so they can come and learn at a formal platform and getting to understand the concepts well. My biggest takeaway from this experience is to utilize the knowledge toinfluence and make great positive change in our Nursing Profession and Practice to improve and sustain professional nursing and midwifery relationship with others, professional growth and development, and to advocate strategically for nurses and midwives at policy and stewardship level.
