I expected a course focused on nursing leadership. I wish there was a topic on leading change / change management. I would recommend the course to entry level leaders. I wish the sessions were 8-4PM and the chairs were more comfortable to sit for long hours. Catering was absolutely fabulous. Networking opportunities were great. I wish the class was a little bigger.
