Stepping into a management position for the first time, the ENL program has assisted me in becoming an effective leader who is able to lead a team well. My advice to someone considering applying for the ENL program is stop considering it and apply now. This program is everything the Australian College of Nursing say it will be and what you put in is what you will get out of the program.
