The ENL program has provided me with invaluable resources, opportunities, activities and events, networks, and connections. Through active participation in the program, I’ve been able to rich my experiences and it has greatly contributed to my professional growth. The engagement has allowed me to connect with a diverse group of individuals in the healthcare field. The insights and perspectives I’ve gained from those interactions have been instrumental in shaping my career goal of becoming a nurse educator/researcher. The program has not only helped me to identify my career goal, but also equipped me with knowledge and skills required to pursue it. For anyone considering applying to the ENL program, I would strongly advice engaging in all that it has to offer and make the most of the resources and opportunities.
