ENL has provided me with the opportunity learn, network, and grow as an emerging nurse leader. I would tell future ENL’s to seek out as much opportunity as they and embed themselves into the college community whenever possible. I feel the people you meet are one of the best parts of the program. I have found my mentor to have been an amazing support for me throughout the year. To anyone thinking of applying to the Emerging Nurse Leader program I would say go for it!
