Not only did I accomplish my initial objectives, but I also had the opportunity to exceed them. This transformative program facilitated connections with a multitude of like-minded nurses, fostering an environment of collaboration and networking. By providing access to a myriad of professional development opportunities, mentoring, and coaching, the program bolstered my confidence in leadership. The ENL mentoring initiative proved to be immensely valuable. The ENL program has provided me with a valuable increase in self-assurance when it comes to leadership, offering an array of professional development opportunities, one-on-one mentoring, coaching, and more. The ENL mentoring program, specifically, demonstrated to be incredibly beneficial.
