The week was awesome especially with the small class and the active discussion and participation. Definitely I had already recommended it to colleagues here at home. The different topics taken was great, but as we are all faced with workforce shortage I was happy that most sessions discussion was on it. Nursing strategy, planning and building resilient cultures. The challenge and question of how much workforce data we have? something I hope to come and work on in the country. Also the encouragement of nurses to speak out and be visible especially in policies, budget and areas we currently do not have much of decision making authority. Great week indeed and also was an opportunity to expand my network with the other participants and colleagues
