I completed the 5-day masterclass for the Mid Career Program In Sydney. I started the program hoping to meet and network with likeminded nurses and open my professional world to the bigger picture. The whole workshop completely exceeded my expectations. From the very start with the copious amount of beautiful gifts, warming welcome from faculty and delicious food and coffee throughout the whole week. Attention to detail was apparent, with a professional photographer to top it off ! The presenters were so engaging, inspiring and generous dedicating their precious time to imparting their knowledge on to the group. I have returned to Darwin with a newfound energy and am 100% recommending the workshop to others! My takeaway message would be “never leave a nurse standing alone”. Thanks again.
