An excellent, enlightening, empowering and engaging program that encouraged self reflection. This was more than I could have asked for both personally and professionally. The course content encouraged participants to grasp the concepts provided and conceptualise the practical applications in our own fields. I would, and already have, highly recommend other nurse I know to undertake this program. I believe I will be a better leader, colleague and person because of the tools and lessons I have been exposed to during this course. It is ok, in fact necessary, to share our achievements and failures with others. Be proud of ourselves and others and promote the advancement of our profession.
